I absolutely love this company and have been following them since the very beginning, so I’m genuinely so proud to see how much they’ve grown and succeeded. Their pieces are beautiful, and I was really excited to order these jeans.
Unfortunately, as a customer in the United States, the overall experience was disappointing. Between shipping costs, taxes, and then an additional $42 customs fee once the package arrived in the U.S., the total cost became much higher than expected.
When I finally received the jeans, the size was too small and they didn’t fit. I was disappointed to learn that exchanges were not available, only refunds. That meant I would have to pay again to ship them back, wait for the refund to process, and then repurchase another size. Since I originally bought them during a discount sale, rebuying them later would also cost more.
Because of all of that, I decided to keep them, even though I unfortunately can’t wear them. That’s the frustrating part. I still love and support this company, but I do wish the return/exchange process for international customers was easier and more affordable.
