Refund policy

We hope you love your DEWEY pieces, but if something’s not quite right, you can return it.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order (30 days for international customers). Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with the original tags attached and in the original DEWEY packaging.

We don’t offer free returns unless your item is faulty, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product. You can use any delivery company to send it back; Royal Mail or Evri tracked services are recommended. Please keep your proof of postage and delivery safe, as we’ll need it to process your refund.

You can also download and print a pre-prepared address label and fill in your details (name, postcode, order number, and reason for return).

Once your parcel arrives with us, please allow up to 21 days for processing. We’ll email you once your return’s been inspected and your refund approved.

We’re unable to accept returns for facemasks, earrings, gift cards, or mystery boxes, and swimwear must still have its protective slip in place.

Damages and Faults

We're so sorry about this. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our Cherished Customer Support Team immediately on our contact us page or by emailing cherished@deweyclothing.com

with your order number and they will advise further. Please be prepared to take some pictures of the item.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to request a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

It can currently take up to 21 days to process your return after your order arrives back to our returns centre. If it has passed this time period, please do reach out to our Cherished Customer Support Team who can help. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your credit usually within 7 working days.
