For our UK customers:
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer free returns unless your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product. Please be selective with the items you order to avoid unnecessary returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition, unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, and placed in its original DEWEY packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
You may choose any delivery company to return your items. We recommend a tracked service with Royal Mail or Evri. Please obtain and keep your proof of postage and delivery, as we need this to process your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fashion template books, mystery boxes, or gift cards.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns for facemasks or earrings. If you'd like to return swimwear, please ensure the protective hygiene slip is still in place, otherwise we won’t be able to process a refund.
How to pack your DEWEY return
- Ensure items are in perfect condition, unworn, unused, and with the original tags attached. We do check.
- Include a note with your order number, the items you’re returning, and your reason for the return.
- Seal the parcel securely and keep your proof of postage and delivery.

Download and print a pre-prepared address label, then add your name, postcode, order number, and a return reason code.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have for a refund and make a new purchase.
Refunds
It can take up to 21 days to process your return once your parcel arrives back with us. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to seven working days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.

We’ve extended our returns window to 30 days to allow time for your parcel to reach us. We do not offer free returns unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, so please be selective with your orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition, unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, and placed in its original DEWEY packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
